Managed Service Guide

Get your relayer running in 5 minutes. No technical knowledge required — just your CXO reward address and a monthly payment.

Quick Navigation

  1. Create your account
  2. Open Dashboard & Add Relayer
  3. Enter your CXO reward address
  4. Send payment & verify
  5. Your relayer is running!

Create Your Account

Go to cargoxrelayer.com/app and click Register. Fill in your email and password. Make sure Managed service (Customer) is selected as the account type.

Managed Service means we handle the technical side — signing wallets, gas, RPC nodes. You just provide your CXO reward address and pay the monthly fee.

Open Dashboard & Add Relayer

After logging in, you'll see the Welcome to Managed Relayer Service screen. Click the + Add Relayer button to start setting up your first relayer.

Enter Your CXO Reward Address

In the Add Managed Relayer dialog, enter your CXO Reward Address — this is the Polygon wallet where you hold your CXO tokens (minimum 50,000 CXO required for staking).

Important: Your CXO tokens must be on the Polygon network. The CargoX relayer system operates exclusively on Polygon — make sure your CXO reward address holds CXO tokens on this network (not Ethereum mainnet or any other chain).

As you type, the system will suggest matching addresses with their current CXO balance. The Payment Details section shows the monthly fee and the address where you should send payment.

Payment Address (optional) — if you want to pay from a different wallet than your reward address, enter it here. Otherwise, leave it empty and the system will expect payment from your reward address.

Send Payment & Verify

After clicking Subscribe, your relayer appears with status PENDING. Now send the monthly fee (in USDC or CXO) to the displayed payment address.

Polygon network only! All payments must be sent on the Polygon network. Do not send tokens via Ethereum mainnet or any other chain — they will not be detected and cannot be recovered.

Once the transaction is confirmed on-chain, click Verify Payment. The system will check the Polygon blockchain for your transfer and activate your relayer automatically.

Auto-activation: After successful payment verification, a signing wallet is assigned from the pool and your relayer starts within seconds. No manual admin intervention needed.

Your Relayer is Running!

Once payment is verified, your relayer starts automatically and you'll see full real-time statistics: MATIC balance, CXO balance, documents relayed, confirmation rate, gas usage, and more.

The dashboard updates in real-time via WebSocket — you can monitor your relayer performance 24/7 including from your phone (installable as PWA app).

Next payment: Your subscription renews every 30 days. The dashboard shows when the next payment is due. If payment is not received within the grace period, the relayer is automatically paused until you pay again.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is CXO Reward Address?

It's the Polygon wallet address where you hold your CXO tokens. Your CXO tokens must be on the Polygon network (not Ethereum mainnet). You need at least 50,000 CXO staked to be eligible for relayer rewards. This is the address that receives relay rewards when your relayer wins a document.

How much does the Managed Service cost?

The monthly fee is set by the service administrator and displayed during the subscription process. You can pay in USDC (1:1 with USD) or CXO (converted at current market rate). The exact price is shown in the Add Relayer dialog.

Which tokens are accepted for payment?

Payments are accepted in USDC and CXO exclusively on the Polygon network. Do not send tokens on Ethereum mainnet or any other chain. The system verifies ERC-20 Transfer events on Polygon — tokens sent on a wrong network will not be detected and cannot be recovered.

What happens if I don't pay on time?

If payment is not verified within 30 days of the previous payment, your relayer is automatically paused. No data is lost — simply send a new payment and click Verify Payment to resume your relayer.

Can I have multiple relayers?

Yes! You can add multiple relayers, each with a different CXO reward address. Each relayer requires its own monthly subscription and payment.

What is the difference between Managed Service and Self-Service?

With Managed Service, we provide the signing wallet, handle gas (POL) top-ups, and manage the RPC infrastructure. You only need your CXO reward address and monthly payment. Self-Service users manage their own private keys, RPC endpoints, and gas — suitable for advanced users who want full control.

Is my CXO safe?

Absolutely. Your CXO tokens stay in your own wallet at all times. The relayer only uses a separate signing wallet (provided by us) to submit relay transactions. Your reward address is never given a private key — it only receives rewards.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from the dashboard. Your relayer will be stopped and the signing wallet returned to the pool. There are no long-term commitments.
