Your CargoX relayer running in five steps
Create an account, add the wallet that holds your CXO and pay the monthly fee in USDC or CXO on Polygon — your relayer starts by itself. About five minutes, no servers and no technical knowledge needed.
Before you start
Four things you need. Everything else — servers, RPC nodes, the relayer software — is ours to run.
A reward wallet on Polygon
The wallet that holds your CXO and receives the rewards — at least 50,000 CXO, on the Polygon network.
USDC or CXO for the fee
Also on Polygon. You pay monthly, or ahead until any date you choose.
An email address
Your login. The dashboard works on any computer or phone.
Pro only: some POL
Pro relayers race with their own signing wallet, which you top up with POL for gas. Basic needs none.
1Create your account
Open cargoxrelayer.com/app/register — the Create account tab is already selected.
- Pick your plan: Basic (fully managed — we cover the gas) or Pro (adds contested racing; you fund the gas). Not sure? Start with Basic — you can upgrade to Pro later from the dashboard. Compare the plans.
- Enter your email and a password (at least 6 characters), twice.
- Answer the quick check — a small sum that keeps bots out.
- Press Create account. You are signed in straight away.
2Open Billing and press “+ Add relayer”
The dashboard has three tabs: Overview, Relayers and Billing. Open Billing — it shows your plan, how payment works and your subscriptions. Every relayer is one subscription for one reward wallet.
Press + Add relayer (the same button is on the Relayers tab).
3Enter your CXO reward wallet
The Add a managed relayer window opens with the plan you picked at sign-up and its current monthly price.
- Reward wallet (CXO) — paste the Polygon address that holds your CXO (at least 50,000) and receives the rewards. As you type, the field suggests known relayer addresses with their CXO balance.
- Pay from (optional) — only if the fee will come from a different wallet. Leave it empty to pay from the reward wallet.
- Press Create subscription.
Your CXO never leaves your wallet. The relayer signs its transactions with a separate signing wallet; your reward wallet only receives rewards and its private key is never needed.
Picked Pro? Add a signing wallet too
Pro relayers race for contested documents with a signing wallet that you fund with POL. The window shows a Signing wallet (Pro) section:
- Generate new (recommended) — press ⚡ Generate a wallet. Save the private key and recovery phrase somewhere safe, then tick I have saved the private key. We store the key encrypted to run your relayer, but we never show it again.
- Use an existing key — paste the private key or 12/24-word phrase of a wallet dedicated to this relayer. Never use your main wallet.
Send some POL to the signing wallet's address — it pays the gas for contested races (5–20 POL is a good start).
4Pay and verify
Right after Create subscription the Pay & verify window opens with everything you need:
- Send either the USDC amount or the CXO amount (each has a copy button) to the Send to address.
- Send it from the address shown under From — your reward wallet, or the Pay from address you entered. Payments are matched by the sending address.
- When the transaction is confirmed, press Verify payment. Not found yet? Wait a minute and press it again.
Closed the window? Pay later from Billing
An unpaid subscription waits in Billing as PENDING, and the Billing tab shows a red counter until it is paid. Press Pay & verify… on it to open the same window again.
5Your relayer is running
Overview sums up all your relayers: the CXO on your reward wallets (in USD, EUR or CZK), how fast it grows while the dashboard is open, a balance trend and live figures — relayers running, documents confirmed today, the last transaction. Below them, Needs attention lists anything that wants a look (an unpaid subscription, a stopped relayer) and Confirmed documents shows each document as it lands. Further down you can write to the admin and connect Telegram notifications.
The dashboard updates live — no reloading needed.
Every relayer in detail
The Relayers tab has a card per relayer: its rank among all CargoX relayers today, yesterday, over 7 and 30 days, the CXO on its reward wallet (with a Polygonscan link), documents relayed and confirmed, and the last transaction. On Basic, POL for gas reads covered by your plan — nothing to watch. Click a card for the detail panel with Overview, Activity, Settings and Tools.
On your phone, add the dashboard to your home screen and it opens like an app.
Renew or pay ahead
Billing shows each subscription's Paid until date. To pay for more time, press Extend…, pick the date you want to pay until (30 days ahead is preselected; the price is prorated per day), press Request & pay, send the exact amount shown and press Verify payment. Paying early costs nothing extra — the new time is added after the current paid-until date. In the last 3 days before that date, a payment of the monthly fee is picked up automatically too.
Under More ▾ you find the payment history, the pay-from address and cancelling the subscription. Upgrade to Pro… on the plan card switches your relayers to Pro.
Plans & pricing
Both managed plans run the same on-chain relayer — the difference is who funds the gas and whether your relayer races for contested documents. Prices are per relayer and month, and drop as you run more relayers.
Basic
Set it and forget it. Your relayer processes the documents reserved for you — no racing. Best for hands-off CXO holders.

What is the CXO reward wallet?
It is the Polygon wallet where you hold your CXO tokens. Your CXO must be on the Polygon network (not Ethereum mainnet). You need at least 50,000 CXO to be eligible for relayer rewards. This is the address that receives the rewards when your relayer wins a document.
How much does the Managed Service cost?
Every managed relayer runs on one of two plans:
- Basic (fully managed): the higher fee — we cover the signing wallet and POL gas. Your relayer processes reserved documents only — no racing, nothing to monitor.
- Pro (bring your own wallet): a lower fee — you supply or generate the signing wallet and fund it with POL. On top of reserved documents you get contested racing with the advanced algorithm, designed for relayers holding 200 000+ CXO.
You pay monthly, or ahead until any date you choose (prorated from your per-relayer price). Running more relayers drops the per-relayer price on both plans. Pay in USDC (1:1 with USD) or CXO (at the rate locked when prices were last published). The live price list is under Plans & pricing; your exact price is shown when you add a relayer and in Billing.
What's the difference between Basic and Pro?
Basic is the simplest option — we handle everything, including paying for blockchain gas (POL). Your relayer processes reserved documents only: the ones assigned to you, guaranteed, with no racing. POL never becomes your problem — nothing to monitor, nothing to top up.
Pro costs less per month — in exchange you manage one thing yourself: the signing wallet's POL balance. On top of reserved documents, Pro relayers also race for contested documents with the full advanced algorithm (dynamic gas pricing, market-aware bidding, smart auto-pause). Racing burns gas per attempt, so it pays off at volume — Pro is designed for relayers holding 200 000+ CXO.
You can switch from Basic to Pro anytime in Billing → Upgrade to Pro…. Switching back to Basic is admin-assisted to make sure your funds and settings are handled correctly.
When should I choose Pro?
Pro makes sense if you:
- Hold 200 000+ CXO on the reward wallet — at that volume contested racing pays for its gas
- Want contested documents at all — Basic processes reserved documents only
- Want the full advanced racing features (Dynamic Boost, market intelligence) on your relayer
- Want a lower fee and don't mind keeping a small POL balance topped up
- Want full transparency — every POL spent is from your wallet, visible on-chain
Stay on Basic if you prefer "set and forget": reserved documents are processed in full, and you never monitor POL or send native tokens anywhere.
Do I need to think about POL on Basic?
No. Basic processes reserved documents only, and the gas those relays cost is entirely our concern — there is no balance to watch, no budget to manage and nothing to top up. The dashboard shows covered by your plan where Pro relayers show their POL. If you want contested racing, that's the Pro plan, where you fund the signing wallet's POL yourself.
How do I fund my Pro signing wallet?
The signing wallet's address is on the plan card in Billing and on each relayer card (with a Polygonscan link). Send POL (Polygon's native token, formerly MATIC) to that address from any exchange or wallet. A good starting balance is 5–20 POL depending on race activity. The relayer card shows the POL balance — top up when it gets low.
If you generated a fresh wallet, double-check that you saved the private key somewhere safe — we store it encrypted but cannot show it to you again.
Which tokens are accepted for payment?
USDC and CXO, exclusively on the Polygon network. Do not send tokens on Ethereum mainnet or any other chain. The system verifies token transfers on Polygon — tokens sent on a wrong network are not detected and cannot be recovered.
What happens if I don't pay on time?
When the paid-until date passes without a new payment, the relayer is paused automatically. No data is lost — pay from Billing → Pay & verify… and it resumes. If a subscription stays unpaid for 30 days, it expires; start a new one with + Add relayer.
Can I get subscription notices on Telegram?
Yes. Connect your Telegram once and the bot @CargoxRelayer_com_bot writes to you when a payment arrives and your relayer is active, 3 days before your subscription expires, if a relayer is paused for non-payment, and when the admin replies to your message.
1. Sign in to the dashboard and find Telegram notifications at the bottom of Overview. 2. Press Connect Telegram — you get a one-time code, valid 15 minutes. 3. If Telegram is on the same device, press Open Telegram and then Start in the bot. 4. The card shows your Telegram name; tick the notices you want.
Telegram on another device? For example, the dashboard is open on your computer and Telegram is on your phone. The Open Telegram button cannot pass the code to the other device, so clicking it does not link anything. Instead, open @CargoxRelayer_com_bot on that device and type /link followed by the code shown in the dashboard, for example /link ABCD2345. The bot confirms the link and the dashboard card updates within a few seconds.
One Telegram account serves one dashboard account. In the bot, /account shows your subscriptions and paid-until dates and /unlink disconnects; you can also disconnect in the dashboard.
How do I contact the admin?
Write in Messages on the dashboard Overview. The admin is notified straight away and the reply appears in the same place — and on your Telegram too, if you connected it.
Can I have multiple relayers?
Yes. Add one relayer per CXO reward wallet — each is its own subscription with its own payment, and the more relayers you run, the lower the per-relayer fee on both plans.
Can I still run a self-service relayer?
Self-service accounts are no longer offered to new sign-ups — every new account is a Managed Service account on the Basic or Pro plan. Existing self-service accounts keep working as before. Only an administrator can switch an account to self-service.
Within Managed Service: Basic = reserved documents only, we cover POL gas entirely; Pro = reserved + contested racing, you cover POL gas with your own signing wallet (in exchange for a lower fee and the advanced algorithm; designed for relayers holding 200 000+ CXO).
Is my CXO safe?
Yes. Your CXO stays in your own wallet at all times. The relayer submits its transactions from a separate signing wallet; your reward wallet's private key is never needed — it only receives rewards.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime: Billing → More ▾ → Cancel subscription…. The relayer stops and, on Basic, the signing wallet goes back to the pool. Time you already paid for is not refunded. There are no long-term commitments.
